6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 A refund request should be submitted within three (3) days of registration. Once the Batch starts or is allocated, no refunds will be issued after that.
6.2 No fees will be adjusted for a different course or another learner.
6.3 The 3-day, no-questions-asked refund policy is void if you download, watch, and listen to any one of the class recordings from the learning management system of Ap2V.
6.4 A refund request should be submitted within three (3) days of registration. After that, we will not entertain such requests.
6.5 No refund will be issued if you have been added in previous batch recorded session of your same enrollment.
6.6 The Company reserves the absolute right to change these terms at any time without prior notice to you.
6.7 As per RazorPay's EMI cancellation policy, further EMIs will not be refunded after 3 days.

6.9 The 3-day, no-questions-asked refund policy is void if you download, watch, and listen to more than two class recordings from the learning management system of Ap2V.
7. BATCH-SHIFT POLICY
7.1 The batch shift quota is limited in Live-Online classes. It may not be possible for ap2v to accommodate certain batch shift requests if seats are not available in the batch shift quota. In such cases, ap2v will provide options to join other batches where seats are available.
7.2 It will only be possible to apply batch shifts after 15 days from the start of the previous batch.
7.3 A batch may be revised without charge after six months of the start date of the prior batch and may be requested prior to twelve months of the prior batch start date. Limited seats (Batch-Revision Quota) are available for students in any live-online class offered by Ap2v. If the Batch Quota is not available, some batch-revision requests might not be fulfilled.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You will release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless AP2V Solutions Private Limited, and any of its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates and assigns from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, of third parties relating to or arising out of (1) this Agreement or the breach of your warranties, representations and obligations under this Agreement; (2) the Website content or your use of the Website content; (3) the Products or courses or your admission of the particular courses or your access to the class room whether through the physical access or access by you through the electronic mode (including demo classes); (4) any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity; (5) your violation of any provision of this Agreement; or (6) any information or data you supplied to AP2V Solutions Private Limited or to www.ap2v.com When AP2V Solutions Private Limited is threatened with suit or sued by a third party, AP2V Solutions Private Limited may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify AP2V Solutions Private Limited; your failure to provide such assurances may be considered by AP2V Solutions Private Limited to be a material breach of this Agreement. AP2V Solutions Private Limited will have the right to participate in any defense by you of a third-party claim related to your use of any of the Website content or Products or Courses, with counsel of AP2V Solutions Private Limited choice at its expense. AP2V Solutions Private Limited will reasonably cooperate in any defense by you of a third-party claim at your request and expense.
