Studio: The Studio tab is used to build actual automation actions. Using Studio users can add logic, calculations, and intelligence writing no code. It can also be used to connect blocks in preferred order and drag them into actions, calculations, loops, and more.
Control: It assigns the processes to digital workers. Simply dragging the process onto the resource is enough to start it.
Analytics: It is a module that allows to view data graphically in different tin different tpes of charts like pie, doughnut, bar, column, gauge, and line.
Releases: Multiple blue prism settings are maintained using the release manager for managing configuration package import and export.
System: It is used by the administrators to manage users.

Processes made of reusable Blue Prism elements are designed, built, edited, and tested using the Process Studio. Actions can be scheduled and controlled in the process layer as the library of business objects grows. The Process layer lies in the top layer of the Blue Prism architecture.
Processes in Blue Prism are capable of invoking objects and operations to run applications, automate rules-based processes and business logic.
 

The environment variable has the capability to change the data item value without using the processor object. In the Blue Prism dashboard it is available in the system tab under the process section.

The various data types available in Blue Prism are Number, Text, Flag, Date, Password, DateTime, Time, Timespan, Image, and Binary.  
The data types in Blue Prism are stored in data items and within a process they must be assigned a specific data type to store.

A problem that occurs during the execution of a process or object is called an exception. Exception handling is defined as the management of exceptions     in unattended automation. Exception handling allows the automatic fixing of faults or allows system administrators to identify them easily and repair them or forwarded for human completion. 

Exception handling is done in three different stages:
Recovery: Begins a block
Resume: Enda a block
Exception: Explicitly raises an exception during the execution of a process or object
 

The three ways to secure an application through Blue Prism are:
User: New user information is assigned
Credentials: Secret information is stored through this
Options: Rules for setting passwords are included in this
 

Global Mouse Click and Global Send Keys are examples of operations that need an active application. In the absence of an active window these operations will click or type into a different application or an empty desktop.

Blue Prism includes three types of exceptions:
Internal exception: When mandatory is missing in the stages an internal exception arises.
System exception: When Blue Prism is unable to access or interact with an external application, a system exception occurs.
Business exception: Business exception arise when a faulty logic in automation occurs.
 

Collection stage is used when process diagrams benefit from the ability to hold many values together.
Loop stage is used to access the values stored in a collection stage, one row at a time.
Loops are represented in two parts: Loop Start and Loop End.
Collection name and Field name, are the two collection notations represented using a dot notation.
 

Business objects provide an interface to a single application. Business objects are used by processes. They are not exposed to the control room.

These are variables applicable to sessions like running processes. A process with two instances running simultaneously will have same session variables with different values.

It is an attribute used to search elements from top to bottom. Blue Prism stops the search process once the elements are found instead of searching for duplicates. This attribute helps to increase the search speed.

It is used to catch exceptions to be used by users to create various kinds of recovery sequences. The Business object or the Process is said to be in the recovery mode after the exception is caught, implying the exception is live.

The process of execution of processes at specified times and repeating their execution at various intervals is termed as Scheduler.

The integration of the business object with an application to make it accessible for use by Blue Prism is done by creating Application Model. The Application Modeler within the Object Studio creates a logical representation of an application by identifying and capturing elements from the user interface of the application.

•    Business objects are allowed to pause and wait for an application to load or a condition to be met before continuing with the help of Wait Stage.
•    Wait Conditions are applied to wait stage to evaluate whether a condition exists within a specified period.
•    A flag value produce through the wait condition determines to which of the two branches the logic will flow down.
•    Including a Wait Stage at the start of every object diagram that interacts with the application is the best choice.
•    The actions area of the Wait Stage properties window allows to set multiple wait conditions.
